Q. I have lost/forgotten my password. How do I retrieve it?
A. You must retrieve your own username and password by entering

Q. I want to cancel my membership. How do
I do that?
A. If you signed-up via GMBill you must cancel personally here.

Q. Why has my account been locked? How do I un-lock it?
A. Since our website has recently been the target of hackers and
password traders we have been forced to install a new security system.
This system will lock out any accounts that have been detected as
being used by multiple users. On rare occasions the system can sometimes
block legitimate visitors if they are using a proxy server to browse
the web (because proxies make it look as if many people are visiting
using the same account at the same time). If your account has been
locked and you don't know why, please don't blow a gasket and get
angry - simply email
us with the details (ensuring you supply your username)
and we will resolve the problem. PLEASE NOTE: if it is found that
you deliberately posted your username & password onto a message
board the account will be terminated and fraud prevention investigation
initiated.

Q. Can I share my username and password with
a friend or others?
A. Your membership information is for YOU ONLY. Any member who shares
their username and password with others will forfeit their right
to membership and will recieve no refund. We have several ways of
tracking logins, so be warned!

alternative way of joining?

A. All of our videos have been successfully tested for download.

Q. I'm having problems playing some of the
videos. Can you help me?
A. Older versions of Windows Media Player may not have up-to-date
codecs (software plug-ins that decode the video) installed, which
means that you will have to download and install them to play newer
videos. Try any of these sites: Microsoft,
MovieCodec,
DivX
to find what you need. On top of that you can also go into Media
Player options and switch on "Enable automatic codec download"
which will resolve the problem if you are connected to the Internet.
One other solution is to download the latest version of Windows
Media Player from the Microsoft website.

a reply. Don't you reply to emails?
A. We get a large number of emails and try to reply to all of them.
On top of that we get sent a huge amount of virus-riddled emails
that we have to protect ourselves against. We therefore delete any
suspicious emails from our mail server before they even reach us
(for example: if the subject line is empty, or contains known viral
terms (such as "Re:" or "Snow White"); or if
the attachment is suspicious in both length or content). If you
sent us an email with nothing in the subject line it was probably
deleted and not read. Wherever possible we do try to reply to genuine
mails - especially if they contain questions that are not answered
here. Really dumb questions and unreasonable requests (like: "Please
can you email me some pictures" are simply ignored.
